We try our best to ship all orders in a timely manner, typically within 2-3 business days. Orders must be placed by Noon EST for overnight/rushed shipping” Monday – Friday.

We ship to the contiguous United States + Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI. We do not yet ship internationally from mdsolarsciencess.com. If you need international shipping, you can shop our products on Amazon; they ship to Canada and a few other countries outside the U.S.

If your order was placed after 8:30 a.m., changes must be requested prior to 12 pm by mailing [email protected]. If
your order was placed after 12 pm, changes must be requested before 8:30am the next day by emailing that same address.

Free shipping applies to orders $75 and above. *Free Shipping is for US only, Standard Shipping.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ShopPay, PayPal, AmazonPay, FSA/HSA and AfterPay.

Yes, you can use your FSA/HSA dollars to purchase all MDSolarSciencess SPF products. This includes all SPF product collections, Kids SPF and Lip SPF. Just use your FSA/HSA card like you would your credit card at checkout (If you’d rather use your regular credit card, you can also email us for an itemized receipt to file a claim.)

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Reimbursements are determined by your individual insurance plan/provider. While all SPF/sunscreen products are eligible, your insurance provider has final say in whether or not you will be reimbursed. MDSolarSciencess does not have control over what insurance providers deem as eligible for reimbursement.

Please email [email protected] with a description of the product + order number. If you can add a photo of the damage, that is always helpful and can fasten the process.

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal at MDSolarSciencess. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your MDSolarSciences’ product, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization, and exchange or refund, within 30 days of purchase. Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging with your order number and name written clearly. Refunds and exchanges will be for the amount of original purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible once the products are returned to our shipping and returns center. We will make every effort to process returns within 5 days. We suggest that all returns be sent through FedEx, UPS or USPS.
