Returns & Exchanges

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal at MDSolarSciencess. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your MDSolarSciences’ product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange for a an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Products should be returned in their original packaging with the packing slip. Refunds and exchanges will be for the amount of original purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible once the products are returned to our shipping and returns center. We will make every effort to process returns within 5 days. All returns returns should be sent through FedEx, UPS or USPS:
